The module presents healthcare staff and students of healthcare professions with the basic hospital equipment used in a clinic or healthcare institution. This module is mostly vocabulary-oriented, but it also introduces some of the key communicative skills necessary to deliver high-quality and safe care when carrying out some of the procedures that form the core of healthcare services. Role-plays, vocabulary exercises based on ICNP standards and listening comprehension following the WHO guidelines will help you to develop competence for successful communication in the healthcare environment.
